Printed Journals & Physical Products

We hope you love your new journal as much as we loved creating it. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lena@lenakwest.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Because our journals are produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or error. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Downloads

All digital products, including printable journals and downloads, are final sale. Once your files have been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please reach out we’re happy to assist you to ensure you receive what you purchased.
